With a personal and professional international background, Sandra has 20 years experience with specific focus on organizational culture, change management, workplace transformation and talent development.

She started her career in the marketing and strategy consultancy in the UK. Over the last years Sandra has held different management positions, from business development to

human resources, within the Spanish real estate consultancy sector, leading a wide range of change projects in areas such as internal corporate governance, organizational design, new ways of working, digital transformation and workplace change management, amongst others. She has published various articles, given lectures and classes in different organizations.

Driven by a professional passion: placing people at the center of the organizations and improving workplace culture and environment through change management, technology and design in order to excel organizations’ challenges.
